Crosswind Trail to North Crosswind and to Big Bay are groomed and reported to be in excellent condition. Eureka-Moore Lake Trail groomed, snow cover in the high country, not enough to fill all the holes and cover the brush. Eureka/Lake Louise via John Lake groomed, reported excellent. Tolsona Trail groomed to mile marker 8.

LAKE TRAILS: Adequate ice in all areas, all winter lake trails marked and groomed, no overflow on marked trails.

LAKE CONDITIONS: Be aware of overflow and ice blocks, where ice fishermen have been active. The East end of Bird Island is really bad, big holes and ice blocks.

GENERAL: Watch for thin ice in channel areas and around creeks.

Please respect the trail markers, they can be a winter lifeline. Louise Winter Lakes Trail marked ever ½ mile with 8ft. fiberglass markers, volunteers welcome and needed to mark every tenth mile.
